J4 ovens are produced in single and multiple deck designs in various widths and with optional band materials from wire mesh to stone plate – granite bands. They are custom equipped with  „STIR“ technology and highly effective equipment for the production of steam BVP and use of waste heat which results in decreased power consumption and improves the economics of the entire baking process.

     

J4 s.r.o is the continuation of the company TMS Pardubice, which had been producing baking band ovens based on the patent from the German company Winkler since 1973. Thanks to tradition, experience with approximately 1500 ovens installed all over the world and continual development, J4 is now also capable of delivering semi and fully automated baking and bakery lines and bakeries even as key-turn investment units.
