Modular unit solution of PPP xxx type tunnel baking band ovens fulfil the various requirements of skill as well as industrial bakery, pastry or confectionery production, including high capacity production factories and middle size or small bakeries for bakery products, thus rye and rye-wheat bread in both “industrial” and so-called “home” designs (baking bread on steel sheets or stone), baking white pastries, sponge cake biscuits, cookies, biscuits, gingerbread, pizza, rusks, sticks and confectionary pre-processed goods. PPP xxx ovens with various types of bands from widths of 0.6 m to 4 m work continuously with all types of liquid and gas fuels and electricity with a high level of heat effectiveness and they are the basis for organising production with a low share of human labour. All of the stated oven widths can also be equipped with respective lines for forming and proofing bread and white pastries, which guarantees savings of at least several workers in comparison with batch ovens. The standard is a high and constant level of quality of baked products for lower demands on service quantity and quality. Our ovens are especially suitable for bakeries with a daily production of 5.000÷70.000 pc of pastries and from 300÷4.500 pc of bread and possibly more in the case of exceptional configuration – have our experts give you advice. A well selected oven, either single-deck or double-deck, saves labour and enables baking to take place either directly on the band, and or on a trays or in forms, including short pastry and confectionary goods. All of this offered in very high and constant quality.
The ovens can be configured any way you like with consideration to the required baking technology and primarily – with regards to cyclothermic ovens, the position of the tower, respectively towers, with which the required temperature curves can be reached in the oven keeping in mind the baked products which will be baked in the given oven.

Cyclotherm tunnel baking band ovens with a band width of 0.6 ÷ 1.4m are intended primarily for bakery and confectionary businesses, in the production of durable pastries, such as cookies, cakes, sponge cake biscuits, sponge cake layers, gingerbread, STICK or SOLET type sticks sprinkled with salt or sesame etc. but can likewise be used for the production of general pastries as with wider ovens (see standard ovens 1.5 ÷ 4m).
Using a steel conveyor band for these ovens further enables you to select the suitable proportion of band distances between the top and bottom of the baking tunnel, i.e. the position of the band, in relation to the tunnel height, can be specified in the order keeping in mind the character of the baked products.
These ovens can be supplied with or without a steam zone according to the type of required production. Furthermore, they can be combined with either direct heating, or convection heating (see hybrid ovens).
In addition, this group of ovens can be configured any way you please according to specifications in the introductory section “BAKING OVENS,” or also completed with suitable accessories to achieve optimum effectiveness and quality of the baking process, while maintaining low demands on energy.

This group of ovens is an alternative to narrow ovens, with regards to both dimension and purpose of use. It is generally comprised of complete units of narrow ovens with a band width of 0.6 ÷ 1.4m which can be individually constructed from ovens with direct heating, indirect cyclothermic heating and convection heating. J4 s.r.o. produces and supplies all of these oven types, either separately or as a complete unit. The length of individual oven parts, differing in their method of heating, is variable and generally determined according to the required production technology for the given production line. Such ovens are referred to as hybrid and their main use is in bakery and confectionary businesses producing various types of cookies, sponge cake biscuits, ginger breads etc. and furthermore, in all places where baking in combination with drying, respectively only drying, are needed for the given baking product.
